Well, here you have it.
I just uncovered two of these 1989-90 NBA Hoops binders, buried in a box.
I originally purchased these 2 binders so that I could put my 1989-90 NBA Hoops set in one and my duplicate set in another.  Both of the binders were misplaced in a box and I  just recently uncovered them.  I'm gonna keep one for my 1989-90 NBA Hoops set, but I'm selling the other binder, so that you can put your cards in it.
The binder has a couple of minors bumps and bruises from being tucked away in a box for the past 30 years.  Either way, it will work fine for housing your cards.
