DIY PCB - Banana jack / binding post breakout board

Description

This is a blank PCB to assemble a breakout board for banana patch cords and similar uses.  It has 5-way binding posts, 0.100" headers, test points, and terminal blocks.  You can populate any or all.
It provides an easy way to interface parts with wires (like motors) to test equipment, and to get power in and signals out of breadboards.  I use them for tube amp breadboards...
Unless you tell me otherwise I'll supply the PCB with standoffs pressed into the PCB to allow it to sit flush on the bench or a breadboard.
