Tested with my Agilent 81204A Infiniium 12Ghz oscilloscope with
E2675A probe head and it passes probe
offset
and
skew
calibration and my 83752A up to 6Ghz (the E2675A only goes up to 6Ghz).
It's guaranteed for 3 months given that it's a probe (past that if there's any problem, it's likely to be user abuse).
