Unless I write ”NEW” on the ad, these items are previously USED, with normal wear & tear. Sold AS-IS.
We try to test everything but sometimes it is NOT possible. I do not accept Returns!

TESTING
: I try to test each item, but not all the time is that possible. In most cases these items are "NEW" and if I removed them from their box & tested them I would not be able to list them as "NEW" any longer.
NEW / OPEN BOX / USED
: ebays classification can be tricky, so please note that a large majority of my items are old stock items. I do purchase and list a large quantity of New (perfect) Auto parts / tools. Even know they are "NEW" they may have dust, or wear to the packaging. I have inspected each item prior to listing, I assess the discounts at that time. Again the item is inspected on its way out the door. I do not warrantee auto parts /items, this must be done w/ manuf. directly.
SELLER RETURN POLICY
: Occasionally I will approve a Return. I do not like Returns, they are costly and drive everyone's prices up. Starting in 2020, I will ask that if you would like to request a return you email me prior to filing a return request. After approval I will look at our options... Either way, in the case of a  RETURN:  the Buyer will be responsible for ALL Shipping costs no matter the reason. Ebay also allows Sellers to retail a 20% restocking fee. I will reserve that right. The item MUST be returned in "NEW" condition, the same as it was sent out to you, The item MUST be in it same box.

* I do NOT accept returns due to shipping costs mostly, occasionally I will approve a RETURN, for rare situations. All of my items are inspected when I list them, and again when I mail the item out... But I am human and I occasionally make mistakes. If you have a valid issue with the item you purchased, please FIRST review the items FULL description on the listing and make sure you didn't miss any details or flaws with this item *(if there were any) and if after that you still believe you need to return the item. Pandemic & Personal Products: Due to the safety of you ( my customers) & my family, Ebay has approved the non- return of personal products for any reason. Due to this temporary change I have adjusted ALL of my pricing to reflect product condition as "used". Returns will not be accepted. This applies mostly to * all Beauty products from Liquidated cosmetic store. Most of these products are irregular or not perfect. Please review the pictures carefully.
I pack these items very carefully to avoid any damage via transit and ship out packages 6 days a week.
