    Description

    A GGB Industries Picoprobe CS-3-100 DIFFERENTIAL calibration substrate, also known as impedance standard substrate, for rf probes of GSSG footprints. New in original wafer box with a plastic spider spring to keep the substrate from rattling around in the box.  Inspected under microscope and did not see any marks of probe contacting from previous use, and no scratches. Brand new.
    For GSSG type probes of 100 um (85 to 115 um) pitch to do SOLT (short-open-load-through) and LRM (line-reflect-match) calibrations. Frequency range up to 110 GHz. Detailed specs of the model of cal substrate can be found in manufacturer’s website.
