Warranty
Teledyne LeCroy warrants its digital oscilloscopes for a period of three years from the date of shipment. Oscilloscope probes are warranted for one year from the date of shipment. Teledyne LeCroy protocol systems are warranted to operate within our documented specifications for 13 months except for all card-based systems (e.g. Z3), interposers, and probes which are warranted to operate within our documented specifications for 90 days from date of purchase.
All other instruments (including sampling oscilloscopes, associated plug-in modules) are warranted for one year.
In exercising this warranty, Teledyne LeCroy will repair or, at its option, replace any product returned to the factory or an authorized service facility within the warranty period, provided the warrantor's examination discloses that the product is defective due to workmanship or materials and has not been caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or abnormal conditions or operations.
Teledyne LeCroy will return all in-warranty products with transportation prepaid. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness, or adequacy for any particular purpose or use. Teledyne LeCroy will not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in contract or otherwise.
We do not offer partial refunds.
United States eBay Customers
Shipping
Your order will be processed and shipped within 10 business days from the time we receive payment for your order. If the item is sold as factory new, we will need 2 weeks to build the item before we can ship it. We only ship orders Monday through Friday. All shipments are sent via UPS Ground. UPS tracking number information will be posted to your eBay order within 24hrs of shipping.
Delivery
All domestic shipments shall be delivered F.O.B. origin at seller's shipping dock.
Payment

For export control reasons, we are not able to ship to a freight forwarding company.
International buyers must pass US customs security screening.
End User Statement
Please understand that if you are located in a country outside of the United States we are obligated to ask you to complete an End User Statement. This form tells us who the end user of the item is and the stated purpose of use for the item. The completion of this form may add an additional day or days to the handling period of your order.
Delivery
All shipments to locations outside the United States shall be delivered Ex Works in accordance with Incoterms 2010.
